Damaged or Lost Items
Be sure to inspect your items upon receipt of the package. Notify us immediately, if you have received the wrong item, or if the item is damaged or defective. If you have not received your item(s) within 5 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us so that we may correct any errors and get you your products.
Refunds
Refunds may be contingent on photographic evidence of damages. You will be notified when your item(s) has been inspected and if your refund will be approved and processed. If approved, you will receive a refund on the original payment method. Please note that this may take several business days for your refund to process and post to your bank or credit card company account.
